TERRIBLE RENTAL CAR EVER. The service is terrible, and they charge unreasonable price for the repair cost without giving any proofs and details. We had an accident but which was too small, even the manager said 'you can go' after checking the car. But we honestly told them the truth that we had a car accident. and then what we get? we charged more than 5000 NZD and couldn't get our money back for almost 3 months. During the past three months, they do not give us any updates, or processes until we send them en email. It's totally a scam company. It's like, a nightmare in my entire life. I wanted to have a good holiday in NZ but this YES RENTAL company SCREWED IT UP. If you want to have a nightmare, use this car. Service terrible and procedures are unreasonable. Although you have an insurance, you can't get your money back. I highly recommmend to avoid this company if you want to enjoy your trip.
