Occasional glitches but great overall
I have sold a number of phones to Mobile Monster and the experience overall is really good. Last year I gave feedback that the self-addressed satchel took quite a long time to arrive. This year the satchel arrived quickly but payment for my phone took a long time. I received an email on 12 Oct to say my order had been approved but I hadn’t received payment by 22 Oct. I knew it was a busy time so I had waited a few extra days to allow for that. I enquired and was told that my details didn’t go through the accounting software. I’m not sure when I would have heard about that, so I’m glad I spoke up! Overall, MM is great but occasional glitches have had a bit of an impact. I’m still a fan!
