Absolute Disaster: Continuous Worst Customer Service Experience with Lycamobile
Absolutely appalled by the sheer incompetence of your customer service team. The issue is still unresolved, and to make matters worse, the customer service ladies are a disaster—getting worse day by day. They just shout over me, repeat the same useless scripts, and refuse to actually listen to what I’m saying. When I finally raised my voice out of sheer frustration, they had the audacity to feel "unpleasant." Guess what? Welcome to the reality of dealing with your terrible service. None of you seem capable of handling a simple query, and you’re absolutely unworthy of working in customer service if you can’t even hear out a customer properly. Your team is the very definition of pathetic—words can’t even describe how appalling this experience has been. To anyone even considering Lycamobile: RUN. Don’t even think about signing up with this company. Now I see why so many people I know have switched to better providers. Congrats, Lycamobile, for being a shining example of how NOT to treat your customers. Keep it up!
