An angry independent rep
My story is short - severe migraines and anxiety for YEARS, I bought the PrevailMAX and eMulin and like others experienced a miracle, I am migraine free now and very mild anxiety....WOW, right? I'm a retired sales professional with 40 years of superior customer service under my belt. I WANT to tell others about this product, but the customer service is SO BAD I'm embarrassed. Valentus has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced and when you try to contact them about it - they don't reply. They also don't reply when you inquire about your order, or how crappy their website is, or in response to anything else...they just don't respond. I've only had the products for 30 days and experienced miracles, but I'm honestly wondering what's worse - severe migraine or horrible service after they've taken my money, it's not an easy call.
