Poor communications with customer - twice on one order!
We have always had a House account. When I placed the current order and charged it to the House account, the order was placed on hold. I was not contacted. Two weeks later, I found that the order was on hold when I checked the status of the order on-line. Joy replied to my email and took credit card information. The order was processed, but I did not receive the usual notification of shipment with a tracking number. A week after speaking with Joy, I again checked the status of the order on-line to find that the order was marked - cancelled. I called and spoke with Joy and she reassured me that the order had been processed and shipped (it arrived later that day)
