Recently returned from a brand new "12 Day Women's Expedition in Saudi Arabia" and must commend Intrepid and the local operators for putting together such a diverse and jam packed itinerary - it was an Intrepid journey for all of us! What an exciting time for tourism in Saudi - don't hesitate to explore this country to the fullest. Our adventure was enriched by the magnificent sights, experiences and beautifully welcoming locals that we met throughout our time in the Kingdom. As with any new experience, there are bound to be a few hiccups along the way, but high praise for the Customer Care Team (special mention to Kimmy D) who were keenly interested to engage with each traveller to listen to feedback and address any concerns raised post trip. This dialogue will only serve to make future departures even better! I can truly attest, that based on my engagement with Kimmy - I have not experienced such phenomenal after-sales support and care. Intrepid has demonstrated their commitment to "past" travellers; they want to ensure they remain loyal and return as "future" Intrepid travellers - they've exceeded my expectations and have my support!
