Long Queues, Poor Staff Management, Poor Customer Service
Its 1pm on Saturday and Shaws put 2 untrained girls on the till. Long queue. My mother has a poor hip and had to stand an wait. all they needed was another person to help. If something was wrong then one of the girls would leave the till. no one to call. When we finally get to the till we request the manager who returns with another girl in hand. So Paul already knew there is a problem with getting customers served efficiently. Customers time is just as important. Wannbe Manager Paul you can do with some serious customer service training, so you can train your staff. Shaws you want to up your game for Christmas.
