customer service and website is very very poor. I placed an order, the funds were deducted from my card, on the website it says payment pending, 10 days later, I do have a confirmation of the payment from the bank which was sent to YL support. No solution so far. I think 10 days should be enough time to resolve it. Very dissatisfied, at such price point for the products, they should really reconsider their customer service as well as the website functionality, very poor. Not sure if I will get my money back or the order I paid for.
