To start with, when the company organised for a photographer to come around to take pictures of my property, they arrived (lovely lady) but it took a week for them to contact me to tell me the photos that the lady took were unable to be used because a wrong "lens" was used. At this point a week had gone by since I signed the contract and of course this company said they 95 percent gaurantee they could sell my house within 6 weeks.. anyway, I ended up having to take the photos of my house myself in the end because they were unable to get a response from the photographer as to when they could come to my house again. They uploaded my photos but used a picture of a different house (identical to mine) as the first picture on the advertisement. After quite a few weeks went by and no viewings etc they tell me it's because it's up for too much.. but the agency agreed a price with me at the start to what I would get back so I don't know why they agreed that price if they thought it was too high. I'm not currently stuck in a contract with them til the 31st of August which one lady at the company told me I was able to give notice to leave the contract but once I spoke to someone higher up, they said I was unable to leave the contract and now I'm sitting around waiting til the 31st of August for nothing. They did ring me with a viewing and I spent all day doing my house up for nobody to arrive. I rang them to check what was happening and it turns out the viewer cancelled but nobody let me know This company is a waste of time and I will definitely be using a local estate agent next time.
