No Satisfaction Guarantee
They advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The program did not work as advertised, and I was not given any useful information that I didn't already know. I was disappointed with the results of the tool and the company would not offer me a refund. Edit: Apt.ai tried to take down this post for defamation. I have lowered their score to 1 star. It was 2 stars as the support team was nice.
