Mixed experiences

LHR-Phuket via Singapore. Before travel I was able to change original flight owing to covid. However after changing the flight the airline changed the itinerary so that the SIN-HKT flight departed before the London flight arrived! This meant I had to call the reservations office which was very slow and painful. Even after I explained the issue she had to speak to a supervisor to see if a change was permissable! Check in at LHR took 90 minutes, transfer back via Changi was chaotic and disorganised. Cabin crew seemed to struggle working in the 380 again, several seemed to be in training. Found out their working patterns are truly awful..SIN-LHR, locked in a Holiday Inn for 2 days not even able to leave room then back to SIN...thats pretty inhuman to be honest. Seats, food etc.in economy as expected but overall felt a much lower cost airline to what it used to be.
