I usually pop into the Premier store 3 or 4 times a week on my way home from work, spending at least a tenner each time. Today I went in as usual but I’d forgotten my purse. I was spending £9.99 and asked if I could pay some on my card and some with the change in my pocket (embarrassing but we’ve all done it!). They refused my purchase due to the £4 minimum card spend. Just wanted to say that because of that you’ve lost out in between £30-50 a week. Wouldn’t you have rather took the small card fee? Ridiculous. All thawed places think of is profit not customers.
