I placed an order récement and the product arrived in poor condition. It was not the fault of Astro nearby. So I sent an email to customer service to see if the product meets and consumable. I had a quick response. We have been in contact from the beginning to the end of my claim and to my surprise, I received an email confirming that I would receive a replacement product.
