Poor Delivery - Leaving Chocolate in Direct Sunlight!
Star rating is purely based on the delivery. The hot chocolate sachets I ordered are usually delicious, but I have not opened any yet to see what state they are in. Unfortunately, the delivery was left on my doorstep in direct sunlight for at least 3 hours on Saturday. There was a label on the package that clearly stated 'Do not leave in direct sunlight'. And that is exactly what the Amazon courier did. More annoyingly, I was in the house all afternoon, so I was there at 3.00pm when it said the package was delivered. But no one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. Presumably they just dumped the parcel and left. I did not find it for another 3 hours, when I was going out. Also, I have a preferred place to leave parcels registered with Amazon, and if they did not want anyone to answer the door, and had left it there, at least it would not have been sitting in direct sunlight. Very poor, lazy delivery.
