Instantly resolved an issue

I am a first time customer with Music Matters. I purchased a pair of headphones as a gift - which I thought were a great price, and there was lots of easy to follow info on the website about the product. Delivery was very quick, which was great, however, the headphones unfortunately arrived with the box completely dented, ripped, and partially crushed. I contacted customer service via their website, and within a couple of hours they called me, arranged an immediate replacement and provided me with a label to return the damaged parcel so that it didn't put me out of pocket. The replacements arrived within 24 hours and they contacted me to make sure that they had arrived safely (and in-tact). In all honesty I think the issue with the original delivery was with DPD, not with Music Matters, and the replacement headphones came with extra protection in the packaging, which was a thoughtful addition to the fantastic customer service they provided. A big shout out to Jason and Richard for your collaboration on getting this sorted so quickly.
