Unkept promises..Poor.
I recently enquiired about a used motorcycle in the showroom and had a discussion with their senior salesman. I asked if they would consider my machine in part exchange, provided full details and showed him around. We returned to his desk and he took all my contact details. He said he would look to see what sort of deal he would be able to offer and get back to me. I waited a week, two, three, then one of my mates said the machine was sold. This is not how you do business. I have kept their business card so I can tell anyone who cares to ask exactly who to avoid....Shame..
