No accountability on lost goods
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered an item from Anaconda and their selection of freight partner that is inexperienced resulted in my parcel being stolen. All Anaconda did was say: “We regret to inform you that our website mentions that once your order has been delivered, Anaconda accepts no responsibility for any damage to or loss of your items. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.” I had no choice in freight partner and with the bad reviews online for this freight company I feel like Anaconda should take responsibility for this. You can’t allocate online deliveries to a freight company that leave good in the street when EVERY OTHER freight company that have delivered parcels to my home have left it in the OBVIOUS safe place. Shocking service and accountability Anaconda. Will never shop from you online or in store again.
