the job was (mostly) done, the technician fine. My main gripe is the cost -$306.00 - the tech was here for 30 minutes or so andreplaced 2 light bulbs (which I provided). he also investigated a problem noise in the ceiling (unresolved). i think the price charged is exorbitant
