Online order
I ordered a dress in size 36 online. I received a package but with size 38. I sent several emails indicating I would like to exchange the dresses, and have received no response or at least acknowledgment that they have received my email. I tried to call several time. First I called the number in Belgium, but this number is not in function. Then I called the number in France. I would wait for 5 minutes and then I would get a message that all advisors are busy and they would just hung up on me. I am never ordering anything from them anymore. I still do not know what I will do..
