We booked for early check in which was fine. Got to our room & it was really hot. No air conditioning in the room at all all. We could not adjust the heat setting either. The room temperature was set at 27. I’ve stayed in many premier inns & the one at Ipswich north has to be the worst. I don’t think I would stay again
