Allen was so kind, helpful and went literally out of his way to help me with a basic issue. My network during the call went and as a result, the call ended mid-convo. Allen ever so graciously called back, if he hadn't then i wont be able to call because i started driving as i was late. Thanks to Allen’s kindness, i reached my university on time, with all bills paid, and i had an excellent 17 hour revision session with the car safely parked. Allen, you are a asset to this company.
