Disappointing poor service from Anglian Water
My neighbour and I have a shared drain which is blocked & allowing sewage to seep into our respective gardens, neither of us are flushing our toilets or running washing machines or showering until the drain is cleared. This problem was called into Anglian on Saturday on the 2nd of January 2021at 4pm, it is now Monday the 4th of January as yet we have no indication of when we are likely to hear from Anglian much less have them attend. My neighbour has called them twice as have I my second call was at 10am this morning, the response they will contact us within the next 6 hours. This does not mean they will attend here today, it simply means they will contact us in almost two days we have had no direct contact from them. In the meantime sewage is still seeping onto the paths between our respective back doors, we cannot flush our toilets, my house smells of sewage and we have no indication of when the work will be tackled.
