Poor customer service
The bad:The box got delayed in customs for nearly 2 months, and the entire time no updates were provided and no effort was made to correct or compensate for the issue which spoiled the fact it was a christmas gift. The good: once it finally arrived, the goodies were a huge hit. Its something i would consider doing again if it werent for the horrible experience just getting it here and the unresponsiveness of tokyo treat customer service. Would i do it again? Im torn and need to really consider it. Maybe theres another company that will provide better customer service
