Excellent buying experience
Excellent buying experience. I previously went to two cycle dealers in Kingston whio had been recommended. One said they were getting out of electric bikes and were not interested (even though they had significant stock for sale); the other, after I had wandered around the store for 15 minutes and being ignored, I left. Torque were very helpful, explaining and demonstrating different types of bikes, letting me try out as many as i liked. Very informative, given that I knew nothing about electric bikes. I'm a cycnic about most selling and buying experiences, but can honestly say this was highly satisfactory!
