Terrible customer service

I paid for my insurance and provided my documentation over a week ago now. No sign of my insurance disc and I’ve spent over three hours on hold trying to get through to someone. None of my emails were responded to. I still haven’t gotten any information on my disc. I would not buy my insurance with KennCo again Update (28th June) I finally received my disc and thought I was sorted when I received a number of letters in the post stating ridiculous payments due taken from my account. After enquiring through Close Brothers as, again, I could not get through to anyone from KennCo, I find out they opened FOUR insurance policies under my name. I am currently unable to reach anyone on the phone, my email has gotten no reply and I have no idea where to go from here. Absolute disaster.
