The sofa they sent was broken
The sofa they sent was broken. The arm of the sofa wobbled terribly and the sofa bed was not level and its retraction mechanism kept breaking. Home detailed offered my £30 if I kept it (it cost £1000). Terrible customer service and cheap items, avoid.
