I found the experience of scrapping my car quite straightforward through use of this company. The only negative part of it was that when I was given my original quote it did not inform me that this could be reduced, depending on anything being wrong with the car - if there was nothing wrong with the car, I would not be scrapping it!! So this was disappointing - when a quote is given, it should inform you that this is subject to possible reduction. However, the process of booking & collecting of the car went very smoothly & without any hitches. The person who came to pick the car up was very helpful & friendly.
