Received different food from what I had ordered online…
I had ordered Roasted chicken in jelly and chicken with turkey variety but received mixed variety boxes. I don't need mixed variety boxes containing chicken with salmon, chicken with duck, etc. I was ordering this food for my friend and they only wanted Roasted chicken and chicken with turkey variety. I don't understand why I was sent the variety box which I can buy from Sainsbury and pets at home. I ordered from them online especially choosing the option of Roasted chicken and chicken with Turkey Roasted chicken variety is low phosphorus but they don't mention the phosphorus levels for the other variety so I assume they are not low phosphorus. I especially ordered Roasted chicken variety due to its low phosphorus for my friend's cat. I need a refund now as don't want the variety box
