Brilliant service!
We were supported through an application to the Court of Protection for Deputyship for my elderly parents by an incredibly knowledgeable solicitor, Lucia Gallato. Our parents had no Power of Attorney or Will at the point that they could not look after themselves because of poor physical and mental capacity at the point of needing residential and in home care. We were thoroughly briefed and guided through the 6 month process and received a very quick Deputyship order having made formal application. Completely professional and supportive service for a reasonable price compared to other firms initial quotes.
