Rude staff saying “I told you “ . Wasn’t told I couldn’t take a phone in . First woman who spoke to me was very rude and threatened to have me removed from the spa . Second assistant also rude , said “I told you “ When I asked politely where the locker piece goes . The customer care is definitely lacking . Then I spoke to the assistant on the front desk , again argumentative and although she offered a weak apology did not in my eyes resolve how disrespectful the staff had been to me .
