I have been left high & dry without…
I have been left high & dry without anyone able to give me confidence that I will ever have a functioning email again... My company was advised by Just Host to upgrade to Office 365 for our email service. This cost me £100's. After several calls to find out if the service was now up & running I was told it wasn't. I asked the to help us get it functioning and then, wiithout any warning, we lost our entire email service. i have been told it will be for the entire work day. I feel totally in the dark as to how this will be resolved but I do know our company cannot function for an hour, let alone a day, without an email service. I am frustrated, angry and fed up of calling a Just Host Help number that doesn't seem to be able to resolve our dilemma.... and we paid extra for this service?!
