their 24/7 support is a big lie
their 24/7 support is a big lie. they don't answer many times ,and then when they do answer they give you 2 minutes and then cut you off and you have to start waiting all over again. And then once you get them they don't really answer the questions you ask. The unlimited pack is also deceptive. it's not unlimited, and you can't see how much data you have used before you get throttled. And you have to dig 2 screens deep to see that they are throttling.
