Extremely poor

Item was very slow in arriving. When I tried to contact the store, they didn't offer much assistance and couldn't even tell me where the item was. One bed side table arrived with a big dent in the top. The other had damage from where the drawer handle had drilled in the wrong spot. Damage is shown in both photos. They tried to blame both issues on the courier. Staff were extremely unhelpful in resolving the matter, to the point where they blatantly ignored my emails enquiring about a resolution. Issue is still unresolved. I strongly recommend staying away from purchasing anything from My Furniture Store. Don't have any positives to take from my dealings with them.
