Follow up on my last review OF Heart Internet
To follow up on my last review about Heart Internet's poor service, it would seem that the only way to get my account back is to agree to terms that I can't alter or limit. I suggest that people look at contact law here: legislation dot gov dot uk/ukpga/1990/36/contents I had no choice but to complete this form, due to a major technical issue which will only be resolved by completion of their form, which I had expressly complained about in my review of Heart Internet. No other alternative of support was offered to me. Clearly, the support member did not read the full review. The terms are unlawful, so I proceeded. Contract law is different in Scotland from the rest of the UK. The link above will take you to the English Law variant. If you run a business reselling their products, including 123 Reg and GoDaddy then be warned.
