I phoned for an appt on May 13th

I phoned for an appt on May 13th, 11 working days and have not had a response. I have been a steady mayo patient for 6 plus years and can not believe what has happened to this company. I phoned in to the appt desk, pused option 2 for existing patients and got Mayo Tijuana clinic (Spanish answering service). What a poor excuse for a campany.
