Mo was exceptional.
Mo was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. He stayed on the phone explaining every detail throughout the transaction. I cannot praise him enough. He gave idiotic instructions without belittling me. If this is the standard of customer service then I appreciate being a customer of united utilities. Thank you Mo
