Constantly harass you by email, advertising, increasing credit limit, offer home accounts. Recently had an issue with a payment to which they still chase and harass you by sending emails and text messages. They even offer to change your plan to “any” flexible payment to suit but when you speak to them about this, they respond saying they can’t do anything. So what they do is keep charging your card multiple times trying to take random lower amounts. Customer service and offer the top pushing of credit massively let’s this company down.
