A Nightmare Booking Experience
As a frequent traveler who has booked through numerous web agencies, I can confidently say that eSky is the worst I have ever encountered. I strongly advise against using this portal for booking flights. eSky offers flights at normal prices but then reschedules them after payment. They changed my flight to another airport just 14 days before departure, leaving me with additional expenses and no support for the transfer. This practice feels like blackmail, as they know you are locked in after making all your bookings. I purchased tickets six months in advance, and instead of a smooth journey, I was left scrambling with a cheaper alternative flight and no refund or compensation for moving from London Heathrow to London Gatwick. eSky's business model seems designed to exploit travelers. Their collaboration with British Airways in this scenario was particularly disappointing. Simply put, avoid eSky at all costs.
