Great company and product
As a bathroom contract company, We have bought several Saracen units over the years for bathroom installs. The product is very good and the company has always been excellent to deal with, with fast deliveries. However, you never know how good a company really is until something goes wrong. Had an issue with a unit bought in December and installed last month. The customer service was excellent with a fast response and delivered a new part promptly under warranty. Nothing short of excellent.
