Clothes sent to Portugal without full customs info
Clothes sent to Portugal and got stuck in customs as there was a lack of information required to clear. When querying this with Biscuit I received two messages; one pleasant one offering to helpfully look into it. The other succinctly and unapologetically stating it would not be their fault as they had done everything necessary. Customs in Portugal sent the items back due to the lack of information from Biscuit. I notified them the same day and have had no response, no apology. I have many items sent out to Lisbon from Spain, UK, USA with no issues at all. I will wait to hear and hopefully get fully reimbursed.
