Overcharged, PAC code invalid, Dreadful customer service.
Was on an £8 a month pay as you go bundle, was charged £15 this month with no communication or explanation. Live chat keeps disconnecting after 5 times of getting through to an agent. Been on hold to customer service via phone number for 30 mins+ with no one answering. PAC code requested doesn't work with the new provider says I need a new valid code. Absolutely appalling customer service, over charging with no notice and a nightmare to get through to anyone to fix the overcharging or PAC code issue.
