Poor Quality
Purchased Hugs Pet Food for a couple of years. The service has always been good and initially great food for my springer. Sadly, the quality of the food has declined hugely since late last year, and they have now rebranded to Ted’s Bowl. We have decided that we cannot keep giving this food to our Springer and have cancelled our subscription. No apology for the decline in quality, Ted’s Bowl were quite happy to cancel the subscription, which to me indicates a problem with their product 🤔
