AVOID at all cost
They are very poor at communication, they use long distance contractors and have increased leaseholders fees 150% in 8 years and 23% in last year alone. They fail to deliver on day to day service issues and their call centre is next to useless.They are inconsistent in their responses and arrogant in their management style. In our case they were appointed by the freeholder however the leaseholders are now looking to get them removed in the face of new fees being double forecast expenditure.They need investigating.
