Very disappointing experience
I ordered a gazebo online. A few hours after paying online I received an email to say they were out of stock and they would refund my money So I ordered the same product at another store only to receive an email the following day to say that the product was no longer available and I would be given a refund. I was extremely annoyed to discover that the following day this product was back to full price and was again available online. I think that they did have this product in stock but didn’t want to sell it at the reduced price. It took four days for my money to be returned back into my bank account which is not acceptable especially when you buy a product that is supposedly available but actually isn’t
