IMO in Bridgwater damaged my car

IMO in Bridgwater damaged my car! The machinery caused scratches to my passenger doors and was so violent that the door panels were pushed in. Approximately £1600 of damage. Neither IMO or the franchise in Bridgwater will take responsibility resulting in my having to claim off my car insurance. As IMO refuse responsibility my claim will be classified as a 'fault claim' thus this will have an impact on the price of my car insurance for the next five years.
