My free hamper was not included on my recent order and I put FREE in the promo box but it didn't show up on my order?? I've tried to get answers from chat bot but this has to be the worst service ever as they ignored me on 2 separate occasions after asking me to give my account details....is this fraud? I'm seriously worried about my personal data?
