Gone downhill
Not sure what has happened at CNP - but seems to have gone downhill for online ordering. Order took nearly a week to dispatch and not all goods included in the delivery when it did arrive. Calling CNP to rectify this.. initially was told that the system showed everything as being dispatched so they didn't believe what I was saying. Finally we reached a point of them sending out the rest of the products and they arrived another 5 days later. CNP used to be great, Same/Next Day dispatch and great communication. Not sure what's gone wrong there.
