An unreliable company
An unreliable company. I ordered a Duncan sofa on July 24 via an official distributor in Germany. The Rowico sales department ensured us that the sofa was "in stock" and would be delivered within 1 week. After 1 week had passed without the delivery made, the sales department was contacted again. Suddenly they told us that the sofa was in fact not in stock and would be made to order with a new delivery date 1 month later.
