Disgusting service. Will never use them again
Will never buy through their online team again!! Placed an order with 26 items and received only received 9 of them. Spoke to TNT who had the consignment to deliver and they were only consigned with the 9 large items. Have waited 3 weeks for the online team to investigate only to be told that they have closed the case as they believe that all items were delivered. They refuse to provide proof of delivery or proof of packing and also advised that they will not be providing a refund for the missing items as they don't believe it is their fault. Nice easy money for these dirty scammers. I am disgusted in their lack of concern and their poor level of customer service.
