Arrow Direct or Broken Arrow? Terrible Customer Service
Ordered laptop paid a great deal extra for FedEX overnight shipping because I needed it before going on a trip. Got my shipping confirmation that said that it would be arriving a week later! Immediately called Arrow Direct and spoke with the most rude customer service person I have ever met named Charlene who kept cutting me off and saying how there was nothing to do except cancel the order. Asked to speak to a manager and she says "sure, you are speaking to the manager" and adds "my boss is the VP and he speaks to no one!". She finally agreed to get FEDEX on the line, they said it would be no problem to deliver next day for an additional $100 at which point Charlene says "if you want it next day you have to pay!" Already paid once for overnight shipping and $100 is half the price of the laptop. Looks like I'm not getting my laptop in time for my trip and leaving with a bad customer experience to boot.
